cfm Distributors, Inc. takes no responsibility or liability of any kind whatsoever for the use or subsequent outcomes on real property and/or labor expenses, from the use and application of the web based Sert Tool on equipment in the field and/or with any company expenses, including Users’ company, Users’ customers and any end users of impacted equipment.

cfm Distributors, Inc. will NOT provide any support for the Sert Tool use or application on products for which they are applied. All information should be verified with the manufacturer’s installation and application requirements and is the responsibility of the User and not cfm Distributors, Inc..

By accepting these terms of use and by the use of the tool, all Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold cfm Distributors, Inc. harmless from any litigation or expense that occurs in connection with the use of the Sert Tool.
